- The Streets Division offers Spring Scoria Clean-Up to all private property owners within city limits. During the month of April, residents may rake scoria from their yards onto the street shoulder for pick up. Give us a call when your scoria pile is ready and we’ll put you on the schedule.
Drainage / Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) Maintenance

To apply for a Right of Way Permit go to CityView, choose the option to apply for a Public Works Permit and complete the form.
- The city contracts a street-paving program each summer to protect street integrity and improve damaged areas. A list of streets to be improved is published before construction begins each year.
Winter Maintenance
