Ad Hoc Housing Advisory Committee

This committee was formed to advise City Council on potential investments in affordable housing projects and programs from future Short-Term Rental Tax Fund investments.

The newly formed Ad Hoc Housing Advisory Committee will meet throughout the summer and will spearhead the development of a Request for Proposals (RFP) designed to identify projects that have the potential to deliver affordable and attainable housing units in the near-term.

The new group will also advise City Council on investment criteria that will be used to shape future investments of STR Tax Fund dollars. The Ad Hoc Committee will include real estate professionals, as well as individuals and organizations that understand housing needs in our community.
