Athletic Fields and Parks

General Information and Field Rentals

Athletic fields are available for rental for single or multi-day events as well as for ongoing use. Fields rental reservations are available in February for the following summer season, generally starting in May and ending in October - weather dependent.

All field reservations are subject to approval based on availability and our ability to accommodate your field use needs. Reservations should be made as early as possible as they are first come, first served. Once a field use request form is complete, you will be contacted via email with a confirmation, modification or denial of your request.

2026 Field Rental Fees

Youth (per hour, per day)	$16.75, $99.50	(one day rental = 6 hours+)
Adult (per hour, per day)	$19.00, $114.00	(one day rental = 6 hours+)

2026 Field Prep Fees

Initial (new) Layout for Painting	$325.00	Soccer, Lacrosse, etc.
Re-Painting Lines	$185.00	Soccer, Lacrosse, etc.
Field Layout Admin Fee	$25 per field	Soccer, Lacrosse, etc.
Drag & Line	$112.00	Softball, Baseball, Kickball
Field Drag Only	$56.00	Softball, Baseball, Kickball
Field Line Only	$54.00 per chalk bag	Softball, Baseball, Kickball
Event Staffing	Time & Materials	Additional garbage removal and bathroom cleaning
Field Lights	$25/hour	Only available at Howelsen & Ski Town Fields

Emerald Park

The Emerald Park fields are reserved exclusivity for youth activities, however, this does not limit adult pick-up games and general passive recreation within the park. Fields include multi-use fields for soccer, lacrosse, etc. and 4 youth baseball fields. Park amenities: Drinking fountain, bathrooms, playground.

Howelsen Park Complex

The Howelsen complex fields are suitable for youth and adult programming. Fields include 4 softball fields. Park Amenities: Drinking fountains, bathrooms, playground, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, and more.

Ski Town Park

The Ski Town fields are suitable for youth and adult programming. Fields 2 full size multi-use fields for soccer, lacrosse, etc. and 2 youth baseball diamonds. Park Amenities: Drinking fountains, portable toilets, and a shelter which is not included in field rental.

Whistler Park

The Whistler Park fields are suitable for youth and adult programming. Fields include 2 full size multi-use fields for soccer, lacrosse, etc. Park Amenities: Playgrounds, drinking fountains, bathrooms.

Memorial Park

The Memorial fields are suitable for youth and adult programming. Fields include 2 smaller sized multi-use fields, or one full size field for soccer, lacrosse or other sports. Park amenities: portable toilets.
