Room Features

Equipment included: 14 (8' rectangular banquet) tables, 150 chairs, restrooms, kitchen space including sink and counterspace only (no heating or cooling elements)

Clean Up

It is the responsibility of the renter to return all furniture to the original location and to empty all trash receptacles and deposit trash into outside dumpsters.

Alcohol

To obtain permission to serve alcoholic beverages, contact the City Clerk's office after your reservation is approved.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside of Olympian Hall.

Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance is required if an event is open to the public, or proof thereof, for $1,000,000 of general liability coverage with the City of Steamboat Springs named as additional insured.

Key Pick-Up, Drop-Off

You are responsible for picking up keys the day of your event or by 5pm Thursday if your event takes place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

  • Key Pick Up Location: Parks and Recreation, 245 Howelsen Parkway 
  • Key Pick Up Hours: Monday-Thursday 8–5pm
  • Keys must be returned the day after your event or by Monday if the event is on a weekend
