Season Pass Details

  • 2025-26 Season Passes will be available for purchase online beginning Monday, October 13. 
  • Season Passes will be available for pickup and in person purchases beginning Monday, October 27.
  • Prices, season length and fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Replacement pass is $14.
  • Please Note: After purchasing your pass online, you will still need to visit the Howelsen Hill Ticket Office to take your pass photo and verify you filled out the Liability Form online.
  • The Howelsen Hill Ticket Office is located in the northwest corner of the parking lot, adjacent the Howelsen Hill Lodge and main entrance at the base of the ski area. 

Season Pass Refund Policy

Season Passes are non-refundable except in the case of documented medical reasons that prevent the pass holder from skiing/riding for the remainder of the season. A pro-rated refund will be given for requests after the ski area has opened and a full refund minus 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) processing fee will be given for requests prior to the beginning of the season. No refunds will be given for medial reasons that occur after March 1, 2026. There will be no refunds if the season ends after March 1, 2026. Please submit all Refund Requests and doctor notes by emailing the Howelsen Hill Ticket Office. 

Lost or Forgotten Pass Policy

Lost and/or forgotten passes must be reported immediately to the Howelsen Hill Ticket Office. 

If a pass is forgotten (not lost) the protocol is:

  • 1st & 2nd Offense - Name written down with complimentary ticket issues for each offense. 
  • 3rd Offense (OR if pass is lost) - A replacement pass ($14) or a day ticket must be purchased prior to use of the Howelsen Hill Ski Area. 

Season Pass Pick-Up

  • After purchasing your Season Pass, please visit the Howelsen Hill Ticket Office to have your photo taken and pass printed. 
  • Season Passes will be available for pickup and in person purchases beginning Monday, October 27. 
  • Pre-Season Pass Pickup Schedule
    • Monday - Thursday | 2 PM to 6 PM
    • Friday | 8 AM to 12 PM
  • If you would like your pass pre-printed, email the Howelsen Ticket Office a photo. Photos must be of your face only with no sunglasses, goggles, hats, or other people in the photo. If the photo does not meet these requirements, it will not be used. Please give the Ticket Office at least 48 hours to process your pass prior to pick-up. 
  • Howelsen Hill provides pre-season pass pick-up opportunities. We highly encourage you to pick up your pass prior to opening week to avoid longer wait times, especially if you have a child participating in SSWSC training that week.

The 25/26 Indy Pass is sold out for the current winter season, but you can sign up for the waitlist to get first and exclusive access to the 26/27 Indy Pass when it goes on sale this coming spring. Indy Pass limits the number of passes sold each season to stay true to the independent, less crowded nature of their member mountains.
