Written Interpretations

Per Community Development Code (CDC) Section 100.E, the Planning and Community Development Director may promulgate and issue written administrative interpretations of the CDC as necessary to promote uniformity in the application of the CDC.  The following list includes written interpretations that have been finalized but are not yet incorporated in the CDC. Community members and applicants should reference and design projects with consideration of these interpretations.
